An Open Letter to the Adelaide Institute

Dear Mr. Toben,

I have written you privately about the mischaracterization of my views on your webpage, and as of yet, you have taken no remedial action.

Your page:

http://www.adam.com.au/fredadin/news80.htm

contains an inaccuracy that I hope you will see fit to correct. You refer to Germaer Rudolf (Scheerer) as follows:

He then spoke by phone link, saying that Richard Green's attempt to refute his Rudolf Report fails. He claimed that the Prussian blue effect on the walls on the delousing chambers would remain bonded to concrete and it would not decay with time.

I have never made the claim attributed to me, i.e., I have not said that Prussian blue, once formed would decay with time.

If the error is yours, I hope you will correct it. If it is Mr. Rudolf's, I hope that you will either remove his contribution to your web page or else point out that it is inaccurate. As someone who claims to be a serious scholar, I am sure that you will take such action.

In any event, if you seek open debate, it would be appropriate to cross-link to my work that you claim is not correct.

For an accurate summary of my views see:

http://www.holocaust-history.org/auschwitz/chemistry

I am sure that an honest appraisal of my writings will convince you that I have not made the claim attributed to me. My claim is not that Prussian blue will weather away; rather, I claim that it is exceedingly unlikely to form in the first place in the homicidal gas chambers and that Rudolf and Leuchter's Reports are worthless unless they can prove otherwise conclusively.
