Bernard CHAJUT was born in Warsaw. He was 16 when he was arrested in his home in Paris at 12 rue des Couronnes (3rd arr.). He was deported with his mother, Hadassa, on convoy 10 of July 24, 1942. His other brother, Benjamin, 18, had been deported a week earlier on convoy 6.     Berthe KERSZBAUM was born in Longwy (Meurthe-et-Moselle), in northeastern France, on December 7, 1931. She was arrested at the UGIF children's center of Montreuil on July 22, 1944, and deported on July 31 on convoy 77.
