One of Odette KAHN's schoolmates in
the seventh grade at the Poitiers lycée, 1941-42, patiently
reconstructed the sad story of Odette and her family. She was born on November
30, 1927, in Volklingen in Saar, Germany. Her brother Robert, shown with
her in the picture, was born there September 21, 1930. Their parents, Alice and
Benny, and the children were arrested on January 30, 1944, and deported on
February 10, 1944, on convoy 68.
