Jenny BYNIECKI was deported with two of her children, Myriam, age 9, and Jacob, 10, on convoy 25 of August 28, 1942. Jacob's twin, Isral, who was ill, was deported on September 18, 1942, on convoy 34. Their father, Abraham, followed his family on convoy 55. The only one who escaped deportation was the oldest, Ida, 16; during the Vel d'Hiv roundup she escaped from police station in the 13th arr. The family lived in that district at 28 avenue de Choisy, where their father was a shoemaker.
